My stay at the hotel was quite delightful overall. The rooms had a unique old mill style with charming brick and beam accents, and the service was top-notch with friendly and responsive staff. The location was fantastic, although there were minor issues with noise and unpleasant smells. The dining experience had a good variety of choices, yet the pricing seemed a bit high for what was offered.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was wonderful, easy to walk to places in Uptown Columbus and great for restaurants and Riverwalk, but the beds were too low. The room had plumbing issues, which seemed to be due to plumbing or a busted pipe.

The service was a bit of a hit or miss - the manager insinuated that if my preferences were different, it wouldn't take so long, but the owner responded excellently and immediately. The staff, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and airport shuttle, were quite helpful.

The location was convenient and the hotel was wonderful, being close to restaurants and Riverwalk. Although there were noise complaints, it was easy to walk to places in Uptown Columbus.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean, making my stay comfortable and convenient for attending the convention center. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to help. The location was wonderful, close to downtown Columbus and with easy access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the locally caught fish. The facilities were great, adding to the overall positive experience.
